Mr. Sun currently serves as a senior manager and has rich experience in investment banking, entrepreneurship, and the management of U.S.-listed companies. With nearly 20 years of professional experience in cross-border finance and corporate operations, he has a profound background in capital markets, strategic transactions, and operation management. From 2003 to 2015, Mr. Sun worked at China M&A Co., Ltd. (a well-known boutique investment bank in China), focusing on M&A and capital strategy business. Subsequently, he served as the Vice President of Blue Technology Co., Ltd. (an enterprise in the new energy vehicle industry) for four years, responsible for corporate financing, IPO preparation, and government relations. Since 2019, Mr. Sun has held a senior management position in a Nasdaq-listed technology company, responsible for investor relations, SEC compliance, and cross-border financing. He holds a Master’s degree in Management Science from the University of Kent. We believe that his extensive expertise in finance, entrepreneurship, and international capital markets makes him fully qualified to serve as a director of the company.
