To maintain the Company’s listing status, comply with Nasdaq regulatory requirements and safeguard the interests of the Company and all shareholders, the Extraordinary General Meeting originally scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on April 27, 2026 — intended to deliberate on matters including reverse stock split and director re-election — is hereby postponed. This adjustment is made as we are in the process of filing for recognition with the Superior Court of Ontario.
The meeting will now be held at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 22, 2026.
