Mr. Wang has over 20 years of experience in corporate management, finance, and investment. Since 2010, he has served as an Investment Manager at Sichuan Xingchuan Key Project Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Sichuan Industrial Revitalization Fund Investment Group Co., Ltd.), responsible for due diligence, plan design, risk analysis, post-investment management, and negotiations of major investment projects. In the early stage of his career, from 2005 to 2010, he served as the Assistant to the President of Sichuan Bohai Network Technology Co., Ltd., responsible for budget management, financial analysis, tax planning, audit coordination, and asset management. Mr. Wang graduated from Zhengzhou University with a double Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application and Business Administration. We believe that his rich investment management and corporate operation experience make him fully qualified to serve as a director of the company.
