Ms. Zhang has over 14 years of experience in financial management and accounting. Since 2015, she has served as the Financial Manager of Shenzhen Runlin Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., fully responsible for financial planning, budget preparation, cost control, supervising the implementation of the financial management system, and maintaining external relationships with regulatory authorities, tax authorities, and banks. From 2012 to 2015, she served as the Financial Manager of Shenzhen Rongda Information Technology Co., Ltd., responsible for accounting, financial reporting, tax planning, and coordination with audit institutions and regulatory authorities. She started her career at Kingway Beer Co., Ltd. as a cost accountant. Ms. Zhang graduated from the South Campus of Sun Yat-sen University with a Bachelor of Management degree in Accounting, and holds a Junior Accounting Qualification Certificate and an Accounting Practice Qualification Certificate. We believe that her solid financial professional knowledge and management experience make her fully qualified to serve as a director of the company.
